Audit report preparation. The Department shall ensure that, after conducting the audit, the auditor prepares an Audit Report that states the auditor’s opinion on whether the Licensee complied with the obligations set out in this Memorandum. The Audit Report must, if applicable, include recommendations for improvements and any other information that substantiates the auditor’s opinion.
