References to Licensee includes to its contractors The Licensee shall ensure that contractors working for or under contract to the Licensee also comply with the obligations on the Licensee set out in section 7 of this Memorandum.
References to Licensee. Licensee hereby authorizes Sun to make reference to Licensee as a user of the Technology in advertising, marketing, collateral, customer lists and customer success stories prepared by or on behalf of Sun for the Technology, provided that Licensee will have the right to approve the use of its name, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed.
