Common use of Audit Rights Clause in Contracts

Audit Rights. In the event of suspected corruption, the Supplier shall permit Alstom’s authorized accounting representative to inspect the Supplier’s accounts and records relating to the services provided or to this Agreement. The Supplier’s obligation to allow inspection of its accounts and records shall continue for a period of 2 years after the expiration of this Agreement.
