Auditing information provided. To enable either party to this agreement (the “Verifier”) to verify the accuracy of information provided to it by the Other Party to this Agreement (the “Provider”), the Provider will allow the Verifier and its agents reasonable access to the Provider’s books and records (including, if the Network User is the Provider, of metering or consumption data) (the “Records”) to the extent that those Records relate to the obligations of the Provider under this Agreement. If the Network User is the Provider and any relevant Metering Data is held by a third party Metering Equipment owner or operator, the Network User will procure access to the third party Metering Equipment owner or operator’s books and records for the benefit of the Distributor. Access to such Records will be given at all reasonable times providing the Verifier has given the Provider not less than 10 Working Days’ prior notice.
