Auditor General, ANAO and Privacy Commissioner. 58.5.1 The Auditor-General, the Australian National Audit Office and the Privacy Commissioner, or their delegates, may for the purpose of performing their statutory functions, at reasonable times and on giving reasonable notice to the Service Provider: (a) require the provision by the Service Provider or Service Provider Personnel, of records and information which are directly related to this Services Agreement; (b) have access to the premises of the Service Provider for the purpose of inspecting and copying documentation and records, however stored, in the custody or under the control of the Service Provider or Service Provider Personnel, which are directly related to this Services Agreement; and (c) inspect any Health Material held on the premises of the Service Provider.
