Common use of Audits and Inspections Clause in Contracts

Audits and Inspections. The Consultant shall make available to the City during normal business hours and as the City deems necessary for audit and copying all of the Consultant’s records and documents with respect to all matters covered by this Agreement.

Audits and Inspections. The Consultant shall make available to the City At any time during normal business hours and as often as the City deems necessary may deem necessary, there shall be made available to the City for audit and copying examination all of the Consultant’s 's records and documents with respect to all matters covered by this Agreement. Consultant shall permit the City to audit, examine, and make excerpts or transcripts from such records, and to make audits of all contracts, invoices, materials, payrolls, records of personnel, conditions of employment and other data relating to all matters covered by this Agreement.
