Audits and Records. 1. 6. Contractor shall include the aforementioned audit and record keeping requirements in all approved subcontracts and assignments.
7. Within sixty (60) days of the close of Contractor’s fiscal year, on an annual basis, Contractor shall electronically submit a completed Audit Compliance Certification (a version of this certification is attached hereto as Exhibit A) to xxxxx@xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx. Contractor’s timely submittal of one completed Audit Compliance Certification for each applicable fiscal year will fulfill this requirement within all agreements (e.g., contracts, grants, memorandums of understanding, memorandums of agreement, economic incentive award agreements, etc.) between DEO and Contractor.

4. Contractor shall fulfill the requirements relative to auditee responsibilities as provided in Subpart F of 2 CFR Part 200.
5. If Contractor expends less than $750,000 in Federal awards in its fiscal year, an audit conducted in accordance with the provisions of 2 CFR Part 200 is not required. In the event that Contractor expends less than $750,000 in Federal awards in its fiscal year and elects to have an audit conducted in accordance with the provisions of 2 CFR Part 200, the cost of the audit must be paid from non-Federal resources (i.e., the cost of such an audit must be paid from the recipient resources obtained from other than Federal entities).
