Australian Aboriginal and Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Islander Cultural Obligations. An Australian Aboriginal and Xxxxxx Strait Islander employee can be granted up to 3 days paid leave per occasion to fulfil formal cultural obligations related to the culture with which the employee or the employee’s partner, family and/or community group identifies. The employee shall notify the University in advance.
