Other Leave. Granting of leave is a matter between the employees and the mill management. The Company will consider length of service and will endeavour to arrange leave of absence to suit the employee's wishes. Employees with ten or more years service will be given special consideration.
Other Leave. 6.10.1 An employer may, at its discretion, grant an employee special leave with or without pay on such terms and conditions as it may approve.
Other Leave. All other leave, including compassionate leave, parental leave and community service leave, will be provided to you in accordance with the Employer’s policy and/or the Act, whichever is more generous.

When professional employees become unforeseeably absent from their duties because of impassable routes to work caused by weather or other natural phenomenon beyond one’s control, for one (1) to five (5) days, either consecutively or singly, the board agrees to the following: A professional employee will be able to apply unused personal days to cover the absence, if one so desires. A professional employee will be able to apply up to three (3) sick leave days to cover absences beyond those covered by the personal days. For above described absences in excess of five (5) days, the district may withhold from the professional employee’s salary the cost of a substitute teacher engaged on those days. A professional employee will never be assessed any money beyond that figure if aforementioned conditions exist.
Other Leave. 5.3.1 The Principal shall be entitled to other leave during this agreement, calculated and taken in accordance with the leave provisions applying to teachers in the School. Except as otherwise provided in this agreement, this will be based on the aggregate of the Principal’s previous service in the Education Service and under this agreement.
Other Leave. G14.1 The Employer may grant an employee Other Leave with or without pay on such terms and conditions as the Employer may deem fit.
Other Leave. 22.01 Absence from Work
a) No payment of salary shall be made in respect of any period during which an employee is absent from their duties except as expressly provided in this Agreement.
b) When an employee is unable, for any reason, to report for work, it is their responsibility to notify their department head or supervisor on the first day of unscheduled absence.
Other Leave. You will be entitled to compassionate leave, family and domestic violence leave, community service leave, long service leave and parental leave in accordance with the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth) (Act).
Other Leave. (a) Parental Leave Employees will be entitled to parental leave in accordance with the Act.
