Accounting Agent requires its personnel and any personnel of its delegates or other third parties that have access to Accounting Agent’s networks or systems to maintain the confidentiality of system passwords, keys, and passcodes. Accounting Agent has a secure and documented process to reset passwords that requires verification of user identity prior to password reset.
