Authorised overrun. (a) The Shipper may nominate Overrun Gas for any Path under a Service on any Day under this document in accordance with clause 4 for a Firm Forward Haulage Service, Firm Backhaul Haulage Service, As-Available Forward Haulage Service or As-Available Backhaul Haulage Service.
