Common use of Authorised Person Clause in Contracts

Authorised Person. (a) You may nominate another person (an Authorised Person) to exercise your rights under this Customer Service Agreement. You may nominate this person at the time of making your Services Application, using the Authorised Representative form available at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxx and which is submitted in writing by post or email to xxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx. (b) You may also assign a Contact Person who has your permission to communicate with Uniti about your Service but does not have rights as an Authorised Person to exercise actions on your behalf under our Customer Service Agreement.
