Common use of Authorised signatories Clause in Contracts

Authorised signatories. upon the execution of this Deed and thereafter forthwith upon any change of the same, deliver to the Note Trustee (with a copy to the Principal Paying Agent and the Registrar) a list of the Authorised Signatories of the Current Issuer, together with certified specimen signatures of the same; and

Authorised signatories. upon the execution of this Deed and thereafter forthwith upon any change of the same, deliver to the Note Trustee (with a copy to the Principal Paying Agent and the Registrar) a list of the Authorised Signatories of the Current Master Issuer, together with certified specimen signatures of the same; and
