Operator and Manufacturer hereby incorporate in this Agreement by this reference the matters set forth in the BACKGROUND paragraphs above, including the applicable provisions of Federal Transit Act, as amended, and the FTA Bus Testing Regulations. It is further agreed that the defined words and terms as used in the Regulations shall also be as used herein.
