Test Reports.
(a) Seller shall deliver to Buyer a preliminary test report, including the test data sheets and calculated results for each Performance Test or retest (the “Preliminary Performance Test Report”), promptly after completion of each Performance Test, together with a notice to Buyer certifying completion of the Performance Tests in accordance with this Agreement and results of such Performance Tests. Promptly after receipt of such Preliminary Performance Test Report, Buyer and Seller shall consult concerning the results of such tests, and within three (3) days thereafter, Buyer shall (i) state it concurs with the results of the Performance Tests or (ii) state it disputes the results of the Performance Tests and stating in detail the reasons therefor. Within fifteen (15) Business Days following completion of the Performance Tests, Seller shall provide to Buyer a final test report, including test data sheets and calculated results of each Performance Test or retest (the “Final Performance Test Report”) and a final notice to Buyer certifying completion of the Performance Tests. Within fifteen (15) days of receipt of such documentation from Seller, Buyer shall either (i) accept the Performance Test results or (ii) state it disputes the results of the Performance Tests and the reasons therefor. If Buyer disputes the accuracy of the Performance Tests results in the Final Performance Test Report, then Seller shall re-perform the applicable Performance Tests (or part thereof) in accordance with the procedures set forth in Appendix H. If the results of the re-test confirm the accuracy of the initial test, then Buyer shall pay the increased costs directly resulting from the re- test. If the results of the re-test do not confirm the accuracy of the initial test, then Seller shall pay for the costs of the re-test and any subsequent tests necessary to confirm compliance with all Performance Guarantees.
Test Reports. A test report consisting of Part 1 conforming to Model No. l A below; and Part 2 conforming to Model No. 3 below shall be drawn up for each test of an item of equipment by an expert.
Test Reports. Should a test report (“Test Report”) be required on the purchase order, the Test Report must be signed or stamped by an authorized representative of the supplier. It must contain, as a minimum, supplier name and address, Buyer part number, purchase order number, quantity, date shipped, heat/lot number, all acceptance criteria for specification and list all of the specifications i.e. MIL-P, AMS, ASTM, etc. which would apply to the shipment. All material shipped is to be the latest revision available. All Test Reports to reference revision level of material shipped.
Test Reports. Within five (5) business days after the completion of the performance test, the Seller shall prepare and submit to Department a written report of the test in accordance with Section 6 of PTC 22. At a minimum, the report shall include (i) the approved test procedure, (ii) a record of the personnel present for the test whether serving in an operating, testing, monitoring or other such participatory role, (iii) documentation of the satisfactory completion of the start-up and stabilization period, (iv) a record of any unusual or abnormal conditions or events that occurred during the test and any actions taken in response thereto, (v) the measured data, (vi) a verification of the validity of the test in accordance with Section 3.5.1 of PTC 22, (vii) the adjusted data with supporting calculations, (viii) Rated Capacity with supporting calculations, and (ix) the Seller’s statement of either the Seller’s acceptance of the test or the Seller’s rejection of the test and reason(s)
Test Reports. REQUIRED CERTIFICATES OF INSPECTION, TESTING OR APPROVAL SHALL BE SECURED BY THE CONTRACTOR AND PROMPTLY DELIVERED TO OWNER.
Test Reports. Within five (5) business days after receipt of such report, Department shall notify Seller in writing of either Department’s acceptance of the test or Department’s rejection of the test and reason(s)

Test Reports. 8.1. Each technical service shall prepare reports on the results of the approval tests and keep such reports for two years. In the case of the impact absorption test the report shall indicate, in addition to the results of the tests, the type of conditioning and the anvil used when these are at the discretion of the technical service, and the results of the impact on the fifth site.
Test Reports. NDD shall test or cause to be tested each batch of ASICs pursuant to this Agreement before delivery to CMS. Each test shall set forth the items tested, specifications and test results in a report for each batch delivered. NDD shall send or cause to be sent such report to CMS along with delivery of the ASICs. CMS is entitled to rely on such report for all purposes of this Agreement. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to require CMS to perform any incoming testing, analytical or otherwise, on any ASICs received from NDD.
Test Reports. The Contractor shall deliver a test report at the conclusion of each formal test activity. These reports are described in paragraph 3.5.2.
