Authority of Supervisor. Nothing in this section shall be interpreted to be a restriction on the powers of the Supervisor as granted by the Constitution and laws of the State of Florida and is only intended to address situations where a delegation of authority from the County to the Supervisor is required by a grantor agency for a grant or agreement.
