Common use of Authority Policy Clause in Contracts

Authority Policy. Authority is committed to the participation of Woman and Minority-Owned Business Enterprises (W/MBEs) in non-concession, non-federally funded contracting opportunities in accordance with Authority W/MBE Policy and Program. Company will take all necessary and reasonable steps in accordance therewith to ensure that W/MBEs are encouraged to compete for and perform subcontracts under this Contract.
