Authority to Bind Contractor The signatory for the Contractor represents that he/she has been duly authorized to execute this Contract on behalf of the Contractor and has obtained all necessary or applicable approvals to make this Contract fully binding upon the Contractor when his/her signature is affixed, and accepted by the State.
Authority to Execute Each person executing this Agreement represents and warrants that he or she is duly authorized and has legal authority to execute and deliver this Agreement. Authority to act on behalf of Concessionaire 36.2.1 During the period of Suspension, the Authority shall, on behalf of the Concessionaire, collect all Fee and revenues under and in accordance with this Agreement and deposit the same in the Escrow Account. Architect Engineer shall provide assistance to Owner through the commissioning consultant/agent for the purpose of advising and counseling Owner’s personnel in the usage, operation and maintenance of the building mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Authority to Contract Each party represents and warrants that it has full power and authority to enter into this Agreement and perform its obligations hereunder, and that it has taken all actions necessary to authorize entering into this Agreement.
