Authority To Bid a. If the sale is restricted to an individual and not to be sold to a company, society, firm or body corporate as specified by the Developer and/or Proprietor and/or State Authorities and/or relevant bodies, the Property shall be sold to the individual person only.

Authority To Bid. The CM shall review approvals theretofore obtained by or on behalf of the District relating to authority of the District to engage in bidding the Assigned Project for construction. The CM shall confirm to the District the authority of the District to engage in the bidding process for construction of the Assigned Project; if there are limitations to the District’s authority to bid the Assigned Project the CM shall advise the District of the same and assist the District in removing such limitations.
Authority To Bid. Absentee Bidder hereby grants an exclusive right and authority unto the Auctioneer to represent the Absentee Bidder in the bidding and purchase of the following items of personal property.
