Authority to Execute and Bind. Each of the parties hereto represents and warrants that the person executing this Agreement on its behalf has full and complete legal authority to do so and thereby bind that party. Each person whose signature is affixed below hereby warrants and represents that he/she is legally authorized and empowered to execute this Agreement on behalf of the designated party, and thereby bind that party.
Authority to Execute and Bind. Each Party to this Agreement stipulates, covenants, represents and agrees that the person(s) executing this Agreement on behalf of such Party are fully vested with all required authority to execute this Agreement and make it fully binding on the Party on whose behalf they are executing this Agreement, and that all requisite actions have been duly taken to bestow such authority.
Authority to Execute and Bind. By executing this Amendment, the undersigned warrant and represent that they are authorized to enter into this Amendment and empowered to bind their respective parties to its terms and, where applicable, their parent, affiliated, subsidiary, successor, assignee and related entities. Further, the parties represent that they have not assigned any of their respective rights or claims subject of or to this Amendment to any third party.

Authority to Execute and Bind. The person signing this Agreement represents and warrants that he or she is duly authorized to execute this Agreement on behalf of the Private Collector. If for any reason the person signing this Agreement is found to not have authority to execute this Agreement on behalf of the Private Collector, such person agrees that they shall be personally liable under the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

If for any reason the person signing this Agreement is found to not have authority to execute this Agreement on behalf of the Recovered Materials Dealer, such person agrees that they shall be personally liable under the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Authority to Execute and Bind. The undersigned warrants that she is the authorized signatory of the District, and is authorized to provide this irrevocable right to the non-exclusive possession to City.
