Authority to Hire Investment Counsel and to Delegate Investment Authority. The Trustees shall have the authority, if in their discretion they deem it advisable, to hire an investment advisor or investment counsel on behalf of the Trust, specifically including the right to delegate investment authority to such adviser who shall be authorized to make investments on behalf of the Trust without requiring prior approval from the Trustees.
