  • Make Investments and Acquisitions unless, at the time of and after giving effect to such Investment or Acquisition, the Borrower would have been permitted to incur at least US$1.00 of additional debt (other than pursuant to the exceptions outlined under clauses (i) to (iv) of Section 8.02A(a) above) under the Borrower’s Leverage Ratio test set forth under Section 8.02A(a) hereto.
