AUTHORITY TO MANAGE. The Trustees may lease any real estate on such terms and conditions as the Trustees may deem advisable, and these leases may extend beyond the term of the administration of the Trust Fund. For this purpose, the Trustees may make any instruments and grant such covenants and warranties as the Trustees may deem advisable.
