Common use of AUTHORITY TO PRACTICE Clause in Contracts

The CONSULTANT hereby represents and warrants that it has and will continue to maintain all licenses and approvals required to conduct its business and provide the services required under this Agreement, and that it will at all times conduct its business and provide the services under this Agreement in a reputable manner.
