AUTHORITY TO EXECUTE THIS AGREEMENT The person or persons executing this Agreement on behalf of CONSULTANT warrants and represents that he/she has the authority to execute this Agreement on behalf of the CONSULTANT and has the authority to bind CONSULTANT to the performance of its obligations hereunder.
AUTHORITY TO EXECUTE AGREEMENT Each of the Parties represents and warrants that its undersigned representative has been expressly authorized to execute this Agreement for and on behalf of such Party.
AUTHORITY TO PRACTICE The CONTRACTOR hereby represents and warrants that it has and will continue to maintain all licenses and approvals required to, conduct its business, and that it will at all times conduct its business activities in a reputable manner. Proof of such licenses and approvals shall be submitted to the COUNTY upon request.
Reasonable Suspicion That quantity of proof or evidence that is more than a hunch, but less than probable cause. Reasonable suspicion must be based on specific, objective facts and any rationally derived inferences from those facts about the conduct of an employee. These facts or inferences would lead the reasonable person to suspect that the employee is or has been using drugs while on or off duty.

Bomb Threats In the event of a bomb threat, the worksite shall be evacuated until persons with appropriate expertise deem it to be safe. Employees shall not return to schools or other employment centers which have been evacuated due to bomb threats until clearance for such returns has been given by proper authorities. Employees shall not search for bombs.
AUTHORITY TO TRANSACT BUSINESS The Contractor must, pursuant to Code of Virginia § 2.2-4311.2, be and remain authorized to transact business in the Commonwealth of Virginia during the entire term of this Contract. Otherwise, the Contract is voidable at the sole option of and with no expense to the County.
Business Representative You and your Representative individually affirm to Stripe that (a) your Representative is authorised to provide User Information on your behalf and to bind you to this Agreement; and (b) your Representative is an executive officer, director, senior manager or otherwise has significant responsibility for the control, management or direction of your business. Stripe may require you or your Representative to provide additional information or documentation demonstrating your Representative’s authority.
Authority to Execute Each person executing this Agreement represents and warrants that he or she is duly authorized and has legal authority to execute and deliver this Agreement. Each party represents and warrants to the other that the execution and delivery of this Agreement and the performance of such party’s obligations hereunder have been duly authorized.
