Security Issue definition

Security Issue means any obligation for the payment of borrowed money represented by bonds, notes, debentures or any similar securities which are quoted, listed or traded on any stock exchange or over-the-counter securities market or which are otherwise publicly traded or intended to be publicly traded, having an original maturity of more than one year.
Security Issue means any actual or suspected defect, flaw, weakness or vulnerability of any Listed Product (including but not limited to any component thereof or TPP incorporated therein or referenced thereby) that the applicable vendor in good faith believes has caused or permitted, or could reasonably be expected to cause or permit, unauthorized access to information or data required to be protected pursuant to applicable Program Requirements.
Security Issue means either: (i) your use of the Services in a way that could disrupt the Services, other customers’ use of the Services, or the network or servers used to provide the Services; or (ii) unauthorized third-party access to the Services.

  • Suspension will be to the minimum extent and of the minimum duration required to prevent or terminate the Emergency Security Issue.

Security Issue means any actual or suspected defect, flaw, weakness or vulnerability of any P2PE Solution, P2PE Component or component of any of the foregoing that TPSP in good faith believes has caused or permitted, or could reasonably be expected to cause or permit, unauthorized access to information or data that is required to be protected pursuant to P2PE Program documentation and requirements. This Rider is hereby incorporated into and deemed a part of the Agreement, and the Agreement is hereby amended to the extent necessary to enable Vendor to make the disclosures provided for herein in accordance with the terms hereof. This Rider shall survive any termination or expiration of the Agreement.
Security Issue means any: (a) material security vulnerabilities or inadequacies in security; or (b) that the security measures are not being met; (c) discovery or reasonable suspicion that there is a material vulnerability in any technological measure used to protect any Data, which is reasonably likely to result in exploitation or exposure of that Data; or (d) any material defect or vulnerability with the potential to impact the ongoing resilience, security or integrity of systems processing (including Processing) Data;

Security Issue means a security breach in the DRM Service which enables or facilitates the use or manipulation of Encrypted Customer Content in a manner inconsistent with the (i) Consumer Content Rights associated with such Encrypted Customer Content or (ii) Documentation associated with the DRM Service. Encrypted Customer Content and the assignment of Consumer Content Rights to Encrypted Customer Content may be accomplished in one or both of the following manners: by (1) Customer or its agent other than CSG, through the use of a professional encoding tool compatible with the DRM technology then employed by the DRM Licensor (as performed by Customer, “Self-Encryption” or “Self-Encrypts”) and/or (2) CSG, through its use of professional or proprietary coding tools and Professional Services (as performed by CSG, “DRM Encryption Services”). If Customer (directly or indirectly through an agent other than CSG) Self-Encrypts, the Parties shall establish mutually agreeable procedures with respect to Customer’s creation of the Encrypted Customer Content and the timeframes for CSG to issue the DRM Licenses for such Encrypted Customer Content. The Parties shall attach such agreed upon procedures as an Attachment A to this Schedule F. If Customer Self-Encrypts, no DRM Encryption Fees shall be assessed to Customer.
Security Issue means any actual or suspected defect, flaw, weakness or vulnerability of any P2PE Solution, P2PE Component or component of any of the foregoing that TPSP in good faith believes has caused or permitted, or could reasonably be expected to cause or permit, unauthorized access to Account Data (as defined in the then current version of (or successor document(s) to) the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard (DSS) and Payment Application Data Security Standard (PA-DSS) Glossary of Terms, Abbreviations, and Acronyms available on the PCI SSC Website.
Security Issue means functionality or behavior that, in CareEvolution’s reasonable discretion, (i) compromises patient confidentiality or safety or (ii) compromises the integrity or accessibility of patient data.
Security Issue means any: (i) unauthorized or unlawful access, transmission, corruption, deletion, or use of any Data; (ii) unauthorized access to systems storing, processing, or providing access to the same; (iii) Merchant’s material failure to comply with its information security requirements under this Agreement; or (iv) any reasonably suspected case of, or flaw in, Merchant’s policies, procedures, or systems reasonably likely to give rise to an incident described in the foregoing definition.
