Authorization for Advances. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Lender is authorized to make Advances (a) upon telephonic, facsimile or other instructions received from anyone purporting to be an Authorized Officer of Borrower; or (b) at the sole discretion of Lender, and notwithstanding any other provision in this Agreement, if necessary to meet any Obligations, including but not limited to any interest not paid when due. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, Lender shall not be obligated to make an Advance if, before or as a result thereof, the Obligations shall exceed the Allowable Amount.

Lender is authorized to make Advances: (1) upon telephonic, facsimile or other instructions received from anyone purporting to be an officer, employee, or representative of Borrower, or (2) at the sole discretion of Lender, and notwithstanding any other provisions in this Agreement, if necessary to meet any Obligations, including but not limited to any interest not paid when due.

Borrower may make one weekly request for an Advance (except for emergencies). Weekly requests for Advances shall be accompanied by Request for Advance in the form shown in Exhibit A which states Borrower’s Borrowing Base at the time of the request.
Authorization for Advances. Until Lender receives notice from Borrower of revocation of their authority, the following persons are authorized to request Advances under the Equipment Loan: Ho-Xxxxx Xxx, President & CEO Borrower agrees to be liable for all sums either: (A) advanced in accordance with the instructions of an authorized person or (B) credited to any of Borrower's accounts with Lender.
Authorization for Advances. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Lenders are authorized to make Advances (a.) upon telephonic, facsimile or other instructions received from anyone purporting to be an Authorized Officer of Borrower; or (
Authorization for Advances. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Secured Party is authorized to make payments to or for the benefit of Debtor hereunder:
2.5.1 Upon any other instructions received from anyone purporting to be an officer, employee or representative of Debtor; or
2.5.2 At the Permitted Discretion of Secured Party, and notwithstanding any other provision in this Agreement, if necessary to meet any Obligations, including but not limited to any interest not paid when due.
2.5.3 Secured Party will provide online account access as well as reconciliation reports within 15 days of the prior month end.
Authorization for Advances. Lender is only authorized to make Advances under this Agreement upon written instructions received from the Borrower’s Chief Executive Officer or other duly authorized officer. Such authorization shall include a certification by the Borrower’s Chief Executive Officer that all conditions to the disbursement of the Advance as set forth in Article 4 have been satisfied.
Authorization for Advances. Lender is authorized to make Advances under the Revolving Credit upon (1) telephonic or other instructions received from anyone purporting to be an officer, employee or representative of Borrower; and (2) upon compliance with the Proceedures Relating to Transactions With Affiliates as adopted by Lender.
