Common use of AUTHORIZATION NOT EXCLUSIVE Clause in Contracts

AUTHORIZATION NOT EXCLUSIVE. Owner Utility shall have the right to grant, renew and extend rights and privileges to others not party to this Agreement, by contract or otherwise, to use its Utility Facilities covered by this Agreement. Owner Utility hereby warrants that such rights shall not interfere with the rights granted to Attaching Utility by the terms of this Agreement.
