Utility. Any service provided by an outside source or manufactured in-house that facilitates building operations (e.g., gas, water, electricity, fire suppression water, fire alarm systems).
Utility. RELOCATION A-E may be required to perform engineering services related to: determination of utility disposition, ownership, and superior rights for all utilities within project area; determination of utility location and depth including conducting pot-holing operations if necessary; and design and/or coordination of utility relocations within the project area. The task may include, but not be limited to research, pot-holing, surveying, design, cost estimates, permits, agreements, PS&E (portion related to the relocations), coordination with utility companies and other agencies. If COUNTY and/or DISTRICT determines that such utility services are required, A- E may perform such work or employ special consultants to accomplish the work. All utility services obtained from outside sources shall conform to the standards.
Utility. The entity that owns, controls, or operates facilities used for providing electric service in South Carolina. Transmission System – The facilities owned, controlled or operated by the Utility that are used to transmit electricity in South Carolina. Upgrades – The required additions and modifications to the Utility's System at or beyond the Point of Interconnection. Upgrades may be Network Upgrades or Distribution Upgrades. Utility. Shall work under the direction of the Producer, Director, Engineer-in-Charge, and/or others to implement his/her instructions for assisting camera and/other operations. The Utility shall have the required skills to cable and assist with the operations of all video, audio, and lighting equipment, provide active cable assistance to moving camera operators during all phases of camera operations, assist other crew and truck engineers in troubleshooting, and to perform other related services necessary to the fulfillment of his/her job skills and responsibilities. Additional skills include, but are not limited to: running of multiple building to-truck, truck-to- truck, and other interconnecting cabling and setup of monitors, radar/speed gun, and telestrator (also including sets and stage materials).

Utility. Customer shall remain a customer of the Utility in good standing at all times during the Term hereof. Utility. The term utility or utilities includes but is not limited to poles, lines, trenches, bridges, utildors, tunnels, pipelines, and any other system for furnishing, producing, generating, transmitting, or distributing power, electricity, communications, telecommunications, water, steam, heat, light, air, sewage, drainage not connected with highway drainage, or irrigation.

Any employee wishing to transfer from one classification, will make application to the Company in writing, and will be given preference over a new applicant, provided the employee can meet the Company's qualifications for said classification. When an employee transfers from one classification to another classification, they may retain their seniority in their former classification for a maximum of ninety (90) calendar days. The Company will make all attempts to assist employees through their qualifying period in new classifications. However, during the ninety (90) day qualifying period, should the Company determine the employee is not suitable in the new position, the employee will be moved back to their original position without loss of seniority.
