Authorization of Online Sales. Other than websites that may be defined in the Terms as “Permissible Public Websites,” the Terms prohibit the sale of the Products on any website, online marketplace, mobile application, or other online forum without MCL’s prior written consent. Execution by MCL of this Agreement constitutes MCL’s consent, and the various provisions in the Terms pertaining to such prohibition are deemed amended in order to effectuate such approval. Subject to and to the extent provided by the terms and conditions herein, including the Online Sales Guidelines attached hereto as Exhibit A, Seller may market for sale and sell the product line(s) identified as approved solely and exclusively at the website(s) as set forth in the Authorized Websites and Product Lines, attached hereto as Exhibit B (such product lines being the “Authorized Products” and such websites, collectively with Permissible Public Websites, being the “Authorized Websites”). Seller shall not market for sale or sell Products on or through any other website, online marketplace, mobile application, or other online forum.
Authorization of Online Sales. The Terms prohibit the sale of Allegion Products on any public website (including any online marketplace website) by Seller without Allegion’s prior written approval. Execution by Allegion of this Agreement constitutes Allegion’s approval, and the various provisions in the Terms pertaining to such prohibition are deemed amended in order to effectuate such approval. Subject to and to the extent provided by the terms and conditions herein, you may market for sale and sell the Products solely and exclusively at the website(s) identified as approved by Allegion in the Authorized Online Seller Application above (hereinafter, the “Authorized Websites”). You are prohibited from marketing for sale and/or selling Products on any other website.

Execution by SuperSprings of this Agreement constitutes SuperSprings’ consent, and the various provisions in the Terms pertaining to such prohibition are deemed amended in order to effectuate such approval. Subject to and to the extent provided by the terms and conditions herein, Seller may market for sale and sell Products solely and exclusively at the website(s) and/or mobile application(s) identified as approved by SuperSprings in the Application for Website Approval above (the “Authorized Websites”). Seller shall not market for sale or sell Products on or through any other website, online marketplace, mobile application, or other online forum.
Authorization of Online Sales. Company grants to the Reseller and the Reseller accepts the non-exclusive right to fulfill orders and to market, sell, and distribute the Products to End-Users located in the United States of America (the “Territory”) solely on the Seller Name and Internet URL locations listed on their Internet Reseller Profile (“Authorized Websites”) attached hereto as Schedule A and approved by Company.
Authorization of Online Sales. Seller is only authorized to sell DU-HA Products on public websites and/or online marketplace websites that are pre-approved by DU-HA. Seller is prohibited from marketing for sale and/or selling any DU-HA Products on any other website that is not approved herein or otherwise approved in writing as required by this Agreement. Seller’s use of any unapproved website or online marketplace website shall constitute a breach of the Agreement. In the event Seller wants to add a website that is not pre-approved as of the Effective Date, it must submit such request to DU-HA in writing for pre-approval. Any such requests will be approved by DU-HA, in writing. The following websites are pre-approved for Seller as of the Effective Date (hereinafter referred to as “Approved Websites”): APPROVED WEBSITES (DU-HA Use Only) DU-HA will return with Approved Sites

Subject to and to the extent provided by the terms and conditions herein, including the Online Sales Guidelines attached hereto as Exhibit A, Seller may market for sale and sell Products solely at the website(s) and/or mobile application(s) identified as approved by Pet-Ag in the Application for Website Approval above or designated as Permissible Public Websites in the Terms (collectively, the “Authorized Websites”). Seller shall not market for sale or sell Products on or through any other website, online marketplace, mobile application, or other online forum.
Authorization of Online Sales. Company grants to the Reseller and the Reseller accepts the non-exclusive right to fulfill orders and to market, sell, and distribute the Products to End-Users located in the United States of America (the “Territory”), solely on the Internet URL locations listed by Reseller at xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx. Authorized Sales Channels expressly excludes all eCommerce marketplaces or discount or liquidation/closeout channels, including, but not limited to, Alibaba, Amazon, Craigslist, eBay, Xxx.xxx, Newegg, Overstock, Rakuten, Sears, and Walmart.
