Authorization of Payroll Information. You acknowledge, agree, and understand that (i) any information or instructions (including but not limited to Payroll Information and Entries) communicated to Rippling by you, an Account Administrator, or an Authorized Representative (or anyone that Rippling reasonably believes to be you, an Account Administrator, or an Authorized Representative) will be deemed fully authorized by you, and you shall be fully responsible for the accuracy of such information and instructions, and any Claims, including but not limited to any IRS penalties and/or interest or other penalties and/or interest arising therefrom; and (ii) notwithstanding such deemed authorization, Rippling may in its sole discretion refuse to accept or act upon any such instructions.
