Payroll Information definition

Payroll Information means all information posted for Company’s review on the specified portion of the Service Site including, but not limited to, that which is used to calculate and pay employee payroll, track Company-defined employee benefits, pay payroll taxes to applicable taxing agencies in compliance with the laws and regulations of such taxing agencies, produce payroll tax returns and W-2 statements and print checks on Company’s account (if applicable). Company must correct incorrect or missing Payroll Information, either by itself or by notifying Provider in the manner specified in the electronic communication and within the time period specified therein. Company shall be fully responsible for the accuracy of all information supplied by it and/or approved by it, including, without limitation any IRS or other penalties and/or interest arising therefrom.
Payroll InformationAny employee may request and will re- ceive within a reasonable time, payroll information relating to that employee's accumulated casual days, vacation days, compensatory time and holidays.
Payroll Information means all information posted for your review on the Payroll Processing Service. You must correct incorrect or missing Payroll Information, either by itself or by notifying FINSYNC in the manner specified in the electronic communication and within the time period specified therein. You are fully responsible for the accuracy of all information you provide, submit and/or approve, including, without limitation any IRS or other penalties and/or interest arising therefrom. You agree that by submitting each payroll (including the first payroll): (i) you have approved all Payroll Information, (ii) you have represented and warranted to FINSYNC that no Payroll Information submitted to FINSYNC will result in entries that would violate the sanctions program of the Office of Foreign Assets Control of the U.S. Treasury or any other applicable laws or regulations, (iii) you have waived and released any claim against FINSYNC arising out of any errors in the Payroll Information which you have not yourself corrected or have not requested FINSYNC to correct, and (iv) any subsequent request for corrections will be considered special handling and additional fees may be charged. Final audit responsibility rests with you. FINSYNC will not have any responsibility for verifying the accuracy of any data you provide or directly input via the Payroll Processing Service or any other method FINSYNC may permit, but shall not be obligated to permit your Payroll Administrator or other a designated representative to communicate with FINSYNC by electronic mail or other means about the Payroll Processing Service. You acknowledge that any such electronic mail communication or other means of communication will be made available for your benefit and convenience, that any Payroll Information, entries or other instructions communicated to FINSYNC will be deemed to have been fully authorized by you and you shall be fully responsible for the accuracy of such information including, without limitation, any IRS or other penalties and/or interest arising therefrom; and that, notwithstanding such deemed authorization, FINSYNC may in its sole discretion refuse to accept or act upon any such instructions FINSYNC, its employees and agents will hold in strict confidence all data furnished by you or produced by FINSYNC under this Agreement; provided, however, that such parties will not be held liable if such data is released through other sources, or if FINSYNC, its employees and agents release the data beca...

More Definitions of Payroll Information

Payroll Information means any information provided to us through the Payroll Service, including but not limited information to calculate and pay employee payroll, such as wage and salary information and hours worked, if applicable, paid-time off information, employee benefit information, bank information, information related to payroll tax obligations, such as your employer identification number, unemployment insurance tax rates, payroll schedule, federal and state tax information, local powers of attorney (if necessary), and any other information provided by you and necessary for our provision of the Payroll Service. You shall upload complete and accurate Payroll Information into the Payroll Service and shall keep all Payroll Information up-to-date and accurate. You shall immediately correct any inaccurate or missing Payroll Information either through the Payroll Service or by contacting us directly. When you upload Payroll Information to the Payroll Service: (1) such upload constitutes your approval for us and our Service Providers to manage and run your payroll and any other services contemplated by the Payroll Service; (2) you represent and warrant that: (a) the Payroll Information is accurate and complete; (b) the Payroll Information processed through the Payroll Service will not violate any applicable law; (c) the Payroll Information does not infringe on the intellectual property, moral, or other rights of any third party; and (3) you waive and release Company and its Service Providers from any claims related to the inaccuracy, errors, or omissions of the Payroll Information by your employees, regulators, administrative agencies, or other third parties. Neither we nor our Service Providers are responsible for the accuracy or completeness of any Payroll Information uploaded to the Payroll Service. You shall obtain all necessary consents from your employees to include their personal information as Payroll Information in the Payroll Services. While you are primarily responsible to obtain all legal consents necessary to process payroll, make tax payments or withholdings, file tax documents, or any other action that is part of the Payroll Service, we may provide assistance through the Services to collect and maintain any such consents. You shall appoint at least one point of contact (“Payroll Administrator”) with which we may communicate as needed to provide the Payroll Service. Payroll Information means any information provided to Rippling in connection with the Payroll Service, including but not limited to information provided by you, Account Administrators, Authorized Representatives, your employees, or your independent contractors, and all information posted in connection with the Payroll Service for your review on Rippling’s platform or otherwise requested for review by Rippling, such as the information used to calculate and pay employee payroll, track your defined employee benefits, pay payroll taxes to applicable taxing agencies (including employer identification number(s), unemployment insurance tax rates, and employment tax deposit schedule), produce payroll tax returns and W-2 statements, and print checks on your Account (if applicable). You must correct or provide any incorrect or missing Payroll Information, either through Rippling’s platform or by notifying Rippling in the manner specified in the applicable electronic communication received by you and within the time period specified therein.   • Staffing Information in relation to all persons identified on the Supplier's Provisional Supplier Personnel List or Supplier's Final Supplier Personnel List, as the case may be, such information as the Department may reasonably request (subject to all applicable provisions of the DPA), but including in an anonymised format: (a) their ages, dates of commencement of employment or engagement, gender and place of work; (b) details of whether they are employed, self employed contractors or consultants, agency workers or otherwise; (c) the identity of the employer or relevant contracting Party; (d) their relevant contractual notice periods and any other terms relating to termination of employment, including redundancy procedures, and redundancy payments; (e) their wages, salaries, bonuses and profit sharing arrangements as applicable; (f) details of other employment-related benefits, including (without limitation) medical insurance, life assurance, pension or other retirement benefit schemes, share option schemes and company car schedules applicable to them; (g) any outstanding or potential contractual, statutory or other liabilities in respect of such individuals (including in respect of personal injury claims); (h) details of any such individuals on long term sickness absence, parental leave, maternity leave or other authorised long term absence; (i) copies of all relevant documents and materials relating to such information, including copies of relevant Agreements of employment (or relevant standard Agreements if applied generally in respect of such employees); and (j) any other “employee liability information” as such term is defined in regulation 11 of the Employment Regulations;

  • State Confidential Information means any and all State Records not subject to disclosure under CORA. State Confidential Information shall include, but is not limited to, PII, PHI, PCI, Tax Information, CJI, and State personnel records not subject to disclosure under CORA. State Confidential Information shall not include information or data concerning individuals that is not deemed confidential but nevertheless belongs to the State, which has been communicated, furnished, or disclosed by the State to Contractor which (i) is subject to disclosure pursuant to CORA; (ii) is already known to Contractor without restrictions at the time of its disclosure to Contractor; (iii) is or subsequently becomes publicly available without breach of any obligation owed by Contractor to the State; (iv) is disclosed to Contractor, without confidentiality obligations, by a third party who has the right to disclose such information; or (v) was independently developed without reliance on any State Confidential Information.

  • Company Confidential Information means information (including any and all combinations of individual items of information) that the Company has or will develop, acquire, create, compile, discover or own, that has value in or to the Company’s business which is not generally known and which the Company wishes to maintain as confidential. Company Confidential Information includes both information disclosed by the Company to me, and information developed or learned by me during the course of my employment with the Company. Company Confidential Information also includes all information of which the unauthorized disclosure could be detrimental to the interests of the Company, whether or not such information is identified as Company Confidential Information. By example, and without limitation, Company Confidential Information includes any and all non-public information that relates to the actual or anticipated business and/or products, research or development of the Company, or to the Company’s technical data, trade secrets, or know-how, including, but not limited to, research, product plans, or other information regarding the Company’s products or services and markets therefor, customer lists and customers (including, but not limited to, customers of the Company on which I called or with which I may become acquainted during the term of my employment), software, developments, inventions, discoveries, ideas, processes, formulas, technology, designs, drawings, engineering, hardware configuration information, marketing, finances, and other business information disclosed by the Company either directly or indirectly in writing, orally or by drawings or inspection of premises, parts, equipment, or other Company property. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Company Confidential Information shall not include any such information which I can establish (i) was publicly known or made generally available prior to the time of disclosure by the Company to me; (ii) becomes publicly known or made generally available after disclosure by the Company to me through no wrongful action or omission by me; or (iii) is in my rightful possession, without confidentiality obligations, at the time of disclosure by the Company as shown by my then-contemporaneous written records; provided that any combination of individual items of information shall not be deemed to be within any of the foregoing exceptions merely because one or more of the individual items are within such exception, unless the combination as a whole is within such exception. I understand that nothing in this Agreement is intended to limit employees’ rights to discuss the terms, wages, and working conditions of their employment, as protected by applicable law.
