I authorize the use of my name, likeness, photographs, pictures, physical depiction, endorsement rights, and my title(s) by the Miss Type Organization Name Organization and by such persons, firms or corporations as may be approved and selected by the Miss Type Organization Name Organization. I will abide by the provisions of any agreement between the Miss Type Organization Name Organization and such persons, firms or corporations regarding my services for advertising and promotional uses.
Authorization of Publication. I authorize the use of my name, likeness, photographs, pictures, physical depiction, endorsement rights, and my title(s) by the State or Local Organization and by such persons, firms, or corporations as may be approved and selected by the State or Local Organization. I will abide by the provisions of any agreement between the State or Local Organization and such persons, firms, or corporations regarding my services for advertising and promotional uses.
Authorization of Publication. Contestant authorizes the Local and State Organization, including any business or organization contracted by the Local or State Organization, to (1) televise, photograph, broadcast on any platform, including social media platforms or applications (‘Channels’), and/or make radio, television, video and audio tapes or motion picture recordings that show or depict the image of Contestant individually or in a group during Contestant’s participation in a Local or State Competition and all related activities;
