NOTIFICATION OF PUBLIC EVENTS AND MEETINGS 2 A. CONTRACTOR shall notify ADMINISTRATOR of any public event or meeting funded in 3 whole or in part by the COUNTY, except for those events or meetings that are intended solely to serve 4 clients or occur in the normal course of business.
ACCESS TO SECURITY LOGS AND REPORTS Upon request, the Contractor shall provide access to security logs and reports to the State or Authorized User in a format as specified in the Authorized User Agreement.
Review and Approval Documents specified above must be submitted for review and approval by CITY Purchasing and Contracts prior to the commencement of work by CONTRACTOR. Neither approval by CITY nor failure to disapprove the insurance furnished by CONTRACTOR shall relieve CONTRACTOR of CONTRACTOR’S full responsibility to provide the insurance required by this Contract. Compliance with the insurance requirements of this Contract shall not limit the liability of CONTRACTOR or its sub-contractors, employees or agents to CITY or others, and shall be in addition to and not in lieu of any other remedy available to CITY under this Contract or otherwise. POST ONLINE PUBLIC AUCTION PROCEDURES 4.1. Successful E-bidders shall and undertake to sign the Memorandum of Sale at the office of the Auctioneer within 3 working days from the date of auction, failing which the deposit paid will be forfeited to the Assignee bank and the sale will be deemed cancelled/terminated and the property may be put up again for subsequent auction without further notice to the said E-Bidders.
