Authorization to Use Data. Company is responsible for obtaining all authorizations required under applicable law to transmit the Data before transmitting the Data to or from Highmark. Company’s use of a Highmark system or process under this Agreement constitutes authorization and direction to Highmark and its Contract Partners to use PHI or other Data to adjudicate and process health care claims Highmark receives from Company for Highmark or its Contract Partners. Company may access, receive and transmit only that Data in such format as described in the Guide. No electronic communication will give rise to any obligation until it is accessible at the receiving party’s computer as set forth in the Guide. Company acknowledges that Highmark and its Contract Partners may disclose the PHI or Data that Company makes available to Highmark concerning Individuals who are members of a plan to the plan sponsor consistent with the requirements of all applicable laws, including, without limitation, HIPAA’s requirements and the language set forth herein.

Company acknowledges the sensitive, confidential and proprietary nature of this Data, and of Highmark's proprietary electronic communications processes. Company acknowledges Highmark may disclose the PHI or Data it makes available to Highmark in a manner consistent with HIPAA and this Agreement.
Authorization to Use Data. User's use of a DHS system or process under this Agreement constitutes authorization and direction to DHS to use the PHI or other Data received from the User to adjudicate and process health care claims DHS receives from User. User acknowledges that DHS may disclose the PHI it makes available to DHS concerning Individuals who are members of a plan to the plan sponsor or the group health plan consistent with HIPAA's requirements and the language set forth herein.
Authorization to Use Data. By providing the data to Amerigroup, Trading Partner grants Amerigroup authorization to use the data to adjudicate and process health care claims Amerigroup receives from Trading Partner. No electronic communication will give rise to any obligation until it is accessible at the receiving party’s computer.
Authorization to Use Data. The Contractor may use the data submitted by the Contractor for the purpose of performance of the subject of the Contract while providing services or products for the Client, but always only to the extent necessary to fulfil the subject-matter of the Agreement. As part of the provision of services or products for the Client, the Contractor undertakes to handle the data only in accordance with the Agreement and applicable legislation
Authorization to Use Data. All data submitted into the .museum Registry System regarding which the Registrant retains exclusive ownership is hereby licensed to the Registry Operator on an irrevocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable and royalty-free basis, so as to allow the Registry Operator to use such data for the propagation of and to provide authorized access to the TLD zone file, and as otherwise required for providing Registry Services.

Company's use of a Gateway Healthsm or process under this Agreement constitutes authorization and direction to Gateway Healthsm to use PHI or other Data to adjudicate and process health care claims Gateway Healthsm receives from Company on behalf of Company’s contracted employer groups or health care Clearinghouses. Company acknowledges the sensitive, confidential and proprietary nature of this Data, and of Gateway Health's proprietary electronic communications processes. Company acknowledges Gateway Healthsm may disclose the PHI or Data it makes available to Gateway Healthsm for Individuals who are members of a plan to the plan sponsor in a manner consistent with HIPAA’s requirements, and this Agreement.
Authorization to Use Data. Provider's use of a CBH system or process under this Agreement constitutes authorization and direction to CBH to use PHI or other Data to adjudicate and process health care claims CBH receives from Provider. Provider may access, receive and transmit only that Data in such format as described in the Guide. No electronic communication will give rise to any obligation until it is accessible at the receiving party's computer as set forth in the Guide. Provider acknowledges that CBH may disclose the PHI it makes available to CBH concerning Individuals who are members of a plan to the plan sponsor consistent with HIPAA’s requirements and the language set forth herein.
Authorization to Use Data. User's use of a DOM system or process under this Agreement constitutes authorization and direction to DOM to use the PHI or other Data received from the User to adjudicate and process health care claims DOM receives from User. User acknowledges that DOM may disclose the PHI it makes available to DOM concerning Individuals who are members of a plan to the plan sponsor or the group health plan consistent with HIPAA's requirements and the language set forth herein.
