Common use of Authorized Card Users Clause in Contracts

Authorized Card Users. You are responsible for all authorized transactions initiated and fees incurred by use of the Card. If you permit another person to have access to the Card or Card number(s), we will treat this as if you have authorized such use and you will be liable for all transactions and fees incurred by those persons. You must notify us to revoke permission for any person you previously authorized to use the Card. If you tell us to cancel another person’s use of the Card, we may revoke the Card and issue a new Card with a different number. You are wholly responsible for the use of each Card according to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
