A TRAVEL CONTRACT LINE ITEM NUMBER (CLIN) All Contractor travel that is directly billed under this Contract as a specific travel CLIN must be for City business, approved in advance in writing by the City Manager. The City will not reimburse for travel within a fifty (50) mile radius of City Hall.
