If you purchase rights of use in website community management SaaS Services which are designed to enable collaborative learning and social networking within a school district, your right to use these SaaS Services shall be limited by a specified number of Authorized User accounts. The “Authorized User account” limitation shall be specified in the applicable Order form and you shall not be permitted to allow use of the SaaS Services to anyone other than those individual account holders who are specified by name on a list maintained by you, where the total account holders shall not exceed the specified limitation.
