Common use of Authorized Users Access to Services Clause in Contracts

Authorized Users Access to Services. Customer may permit any Authorized Users to access and use the features and functions of the Services as contemplated by this Agreement and the restrictions in the Sales Order. User IDs cannot be shared or used by more than one Authorized User at a time. Customer shall use commercially reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorized access to, or use of, the Services, and notify Expel promptly of any such unauthorized use known to Customer.
