Auto and Commercial General Liability Insurance. Consultant shall also maintain in full force and effect for the term of this Contract, automobile insurance and commercial general liability insurance with an insurance carrier satisfactory to City, which insurance shall include protection against claims arising from bodily and personal injury, including death resulting therefrom, and damage to property resulting from any actual occurrence arising out of the performance of this Contract. The amounts of insurance shall not be less than the following: (1) Commercial general liability insurance, or equivalent form, with a combined single limit of not less than $1,000,000.00 per occurrence. If such insurance contains a general aggregate limit, such limit shall apply separately to each project Consultant performs for City. Such insurance shall (a) name City, its appointed and elected officials, and its employees as insureds; and (b) be primary with respect to insurance or self-insurance programs maintained by City and (c) contain standard separation of insured's provisions. (2) Business automobile liability insurance, or equivalent form, with a combined single limit of not less than $1,000,000.00 per occurrence. Such insurance shall include coverage for owned, hired and non-owned automobiles.

  • The Commercial General Liability Insurance Comprehensive Automobile Liability Insurance and Excess Public Liability Insurance policies shall contain provisions that specify that the policies are primary and shall apply to such extent without consideration for other policies separately carried and shall state that each insured is provided coverage as though a separate policy had been issued to each, except the insurer’s liability shall not be increased beyond the amount for which the insurer would have been liable had only one insured been covered. Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner shall each be responsible for its respective deductibles or retentions.

  • Commercial General Liability Insurance Supplier will maintain insurance covering its operations, with coverage on an occurrence basis, and must be subject to terms no less broad than the Insurance Services Office (“ISO”) Commercial General Liability Form CG0001 (2001 or newer edition), or equivalent.   • The Commercial General Liability Insurance, Comprehensive Automobile Liability Insurance and Excess Public Liability Insurance policies, if written on a Claims First Made Basis, shall be maintained in full force and effect for two (2) years after termination of this LGIA, which coverage may be in the form of tail coverage or extended reporting period coverage if agreed by the Parties.

  • General Liability Insurance The Contractor must secure and maintain Commercial General Liability Insurance, including bodily injury, property damage, products, personal and advertising injury, and completed operations. This insurance must provide coverage for all claims that may arise from performance of the Contract or completed operations, whether by the Contractor or anyone directly or indirectly employed by the Contractor. Such insurance must include the State of Florida as an additional insured for the entire length of the resulting contract.   • Commercial Umbrella Liability Insurance The Contractor shall provide a Commercial Umbrella Liability Insurance to provide excess coverage above the Commercial General Liability, Commercial Business Automobile Liability and the Workers' Compensation and Employers' Liability to satisfy the minimum limits set forth herein. The umbrella coverage shall follow form with the Umbrella limits required as follows: $ 2,000,000 per Occurrence $2,000,000 per Occurrence $ 4,000,000 Aggregate $10,000,000 Aggregate Additional Requirements for Commercial Umbrella Liability Insurance are shown below at Paragraph 1.5.3.3.6.
