Elected Officials definition

Elected Officials means members of the Orange County Board of Supervisors and all Orange County elected officials.

Elected Officials means all elected County officials with the exception of the Board of Commissioners. It is recognized that all of the Judges of the Court of Common Pleas of Lehigh County as well as the District Justices of Lehigh County are officials of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and therefore are not within the meaning of Section 104;

Elected Officials means the Mille Lacs Band Chief Executive, Secretary- Treasurer, and District Representatives.

• It is expressly declared by the parties that participation in the negotiation and execution of this Agreement neither diminishes nor enlarges the legal responsibilities, rights, and authority of either the Elected Officials of Antrim County or the Antrim County Board of Commissioners with respect to their separate and distinct obligations, rights, responsibilities, and authority as they exist under law.

• This MOU will be reviewed not less than every three years to ensure appropriate funding and delivery of services and reflect any changes in the signatory official of the board of CareerSource Pinellas, Partner, and Chief Elected Officials.

More Definitions of Elected Officials

Elected Officials means the positions of mayor, council president and all council members.

Elected Officials means the Tribal Chief and all members of the Tribal Council, either elected to office or appointed to replace an elected office.

Elected Officials means members of the City Council holding current office, whether they have been elected to that position, or appointed to fill a vacant position on the City Council.

Elected Officials means elected or appointed members, councilors, directors or trustees of any MNO governance institution, including the PCMNO; or, directors or officers of any MNO Economic Development Structure as defined in the MNO Prosperity and Self Sufficiency Law.
