It is expressly declared by the parties that participation in the negotiation and execution of this Agreement neither diminishes nor enlarges the legal responsibilities, rights, and authority of either the Elected Officials of Antrim County or the Antrim County Board of Commissioners with respect to their separate and distinct obligations, rights, responsibilities, and authority as they exist under law.
This MOU will be reviewed not less than every three years to ensure appropriate funding and delivery of services and reflect any changes in the signatory official of the board of CareerSource Pinellas, Partner, and Chief Elected Officials.
Nothing in this Agreement shall be taken or construed as a dilution of the powers conferred by law on either the Antrim County Board of Commissioners or the Elected Officials of Antrim County.
The term "Employer" whenever used in this Agreement shall mean the Antrim County Board of Commissioners and the Antrim County Elected Officials.
An Endorsement must also be provided naming: (1) the County of DuPage c/o the Deputy Director of Facilities Management, DuPage County Department of Facilities Management, its’ Officers, Elected Officials and employees, 000 X.
