Reemployment in Same Class Following Layoff An employee who has acquired permanent status in a position and who is laid off because of lack of work or funds and is re-employed in the same class after such layoff shall be paid the salary step attained prior to layoff.
Rollovers of Settlement Payments From Bankrupt Airlines If you are a qualified airline employee who has received a qualified airline settlement payment from a commercial airline carrier under the approval of an order of a federal bankruptcy court, you are allowed to roll over up to 90 percent of the proceeds to your Traditional IRA, within 180 days after receipt of such amount, or by a later date if extended by federal law. If you make such a rollover contribution, you may exclude the amount rolled over from your gross income in the taxable year in which the airline settlement payment was paid to you. Automatic Payments You can agree with a seller who accepts PayPal to use PayPal as the payment method for future purchases with that seller. This agreement is between you and the seller and allows you to pay the seller on a one-time, regular or sporadic basis. Depending on the seller you wish to pay, you might also be able to directly instruct PayPal to make future payments to the seller on your behalf on a one-time, regular or sporadic basis. Examples of automatic payments that can be arranged by you either with a seller or with PayPal include those that PayPal calls a “billing agreement,” "subscription," "recurring payment,” “reference transaction,” "preauthorised transfer" or "preapproved payment." You authorise and instruct PayPal to pay the third party (or another person they direct) amounts from your payment method for the amounts you agree to owe and as presented to PayPal by that third party. You may cancel an automatic payment up to 3 business days before the date of the next scheduled payment from your account settings or by contacting us. Once you contact PayPal to cancel an automatic payment, all future automatic payments under your agreement with that seller will be stopped. Termination Events This Agreement may, by notice given prior to or at the Closing, be terminated:
ARTICLE BEREAVEMENT LEAVE An Employee who would otherwise have been at work shall be allowed up to three (3) days’ leave with pay in the event of the death of a member of immediate family and such leave will not be charged against the Employee’s attendance credits. For the purpose of this section, “immediate family”, shall include the Employee’s spouse, common-law spouse, mother, father, stepmother, stepfather, mother-in-law, father-in-law, son, daughter, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, stepson, stepdaughter, brother, sister, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, xxxxxx parents, legal guardians, grandchildren and the grandparents of the Employee and spouse or any relative with whom the Employee lives. Necessary travelling time in addition to the three (3) days may be granted at the discretion of the Police Chief. It is the responsibility of the Employee to request this leave from supervisor. It is the responsibility of the supervisor to obtain the decision of the Police Chief, or designate, as applicable, and for advising the Employee of the decision made.
AUTOMATIC RESIGNATION a. If an employee fails to report to his/her worksite, and has given no notification to his/her appointing authority or direct supervisor, the employee shall be considered absent without leave. If an employee is absent without leave for five (5) consecutive workdays, such employee shall be considered to have voluntarily resigned from County service. A notice of automatic resignation shall be sent by certified mail to the employee's last known address. The last known address shall be deemed to be that address which is within the personnel file of the employee within the department to which he/she is assigned.
For Force Account or Indefinite Amount Change Order The payment and extension of time (if any) provided by this Change Order constitutes interim compensation to the Contractor and its Subcontractors and Suppliers for actual costs and markups directly and indirectly attributable to the Change Order herein, for all delays related thereto and for performance of changes within the time stated.
Service Activation Date Billing for the Service Component will begin on the Service Activation Date, as specified below, for the specific Service type. The Service Activation Date is the date (i) Equipment is installed and tested at the Customer’s locations, and (ii) IP connectivity to LightEdge has been established.

When Must Distributions from a Xxxxxxxxx Education Savings Account Begin? Distribution of a Xxxxxxxxx Education Savings Account must be made (or otherwise will be deemed made) no later than 30 days from the earlier of the beneficiary’s death or attainment of age 30. A distribution from a Xxxxxxxxx Education Savings Account may be rolled over to another beneficiary’s Xxxxxxxxx Education Savings Account according to the requirements of Section (4). Note that the Economic Growth and Tax Relief Reconciliation Act of 2001 waives the distribution age limitation if the beneficiary of the Xxxxxxxxx Education Savings Account is a “Special Needs” student.
