Automatic Enrollment and Automatic. Increase. (a) Notwithstanding Section 2.02, each Automatic Contribution Employee who is newly hired by the Company shall be enrolled as a Participant as soon as administratively practicable following 45 days after the date which such Employee first becomes employed by the Company, or, if later, 30 days from the date notice under Section 514 of ERISA is provided to the Employee. (b) Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, an Automatic Contribution Participant shall be deemed to have entered into a Deferred Pay Agreement to contribute to the Plan as Pre- Tax Savings one percent (1%) of the Employee’s Compensation for participants hired prior to January 1, 2020. (c) Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, an Automatic Contribution Participant hired on or after January 1, 2020 shall be deemed to have entered into a Deferred Pay Agreement to contribute to the Plan as Pre-Tax Savings three percent (3%) of (d) Effective January 1, 2021, each Automatic Contribution Employee who is an Employee of the Company on the Sweep Date and who is not contributing any amounts to the Plan as of the Sweep Date shall be enrolled into the Plan under Section 2.07(c) as of the Sweep Date. For purposes of this Section, the term “Sweep Date” means the first payroll period occurring after January 1, 2021 (or as soon as administratively practicable thereafter), or, if later, 30 days from the date notice under Section (e) The percentage of Compensation that an Automatic Contribution Participant contributes to the Plan as Pre-Tax Savings shall be increased by one percent (1%) effective as of the first payroll on or after the anniversary date of enrollment, or as soon as administratively feasible, of each Plan Year beginning after the expiration of the Participant’s Initial Contribution Period; provided, however, that no increase with respect to an Automatic Increase Participant shall occur pursuant to this Section 2.07(e) if the percentage of Compensation contributed to the Plan by the Automatic Contribution Participant as Pre-Tax Savings would exceed ten percent (10%). Unless an Automatic Contribution Participant elects otherwise by providing notice to the Committee or its delegate, the Automatic Contribution Participant shall be treated as an

  • Automatic Exercise To the extent this Warrant is not previously exercised, it shall be deemed to have been automatically converted in accordance with Sections 3(b) and 3(c) hereof (even if not surrendered) as of immediately before its expiration, involuntary termination or cancellation if the then-Fair Market Value of a Warrant Share exceeds the then-Warrant Price, unless Holder notifies Company in writing to the contrary prior to such automatic exercise.

  • Open Enrollment Period Open Enrollment is a period of time each year when you and your eligible dependents, if family coverage is offered, may enroll for healthcare coverage or make changes to your existing healthcare coverage. The effective date will be on the first day of your employer’s plan year. A Special Enrollment Period is a time outside the yearly Open Enrollment Period when you can sign up for health coverage. You and your eligible dependents may enroll for coverage through a Special Enrollment Period by providing required enrollment information within thirty (30) days of the following events: • you get married, the coverage effective is the first day of the month following your marriage. • you have a child born to the family, the coverage effective date is the date of birth. • you have a child placed for adoption with your family, the coverage effective date is the date of placement. Special note about enrolling your newborn child: You must notify your employer of the birth of a newborn child and pay the required premium within thirty -one (31) days of the date of birth. Otherwise, the newborn will not be covered beyond the thirty -one (31) day period. This plan does not cover services for a newborn child who remains hospitalized after thirty-one (31) days and has not been enrolled in this plan. If you are enrolled in an Individual Plan when your child is born, the coverage for thirty- one (31) days described above means your plan becomes a Family Plan for as long as your child is covered. Applicable Family Plan deductibles and maximum out-of-pocket expenses may apply. In addition, if you lose coverage from another plan, you may enroll or add your eligible dependents for coverage through a Special Enrollment Period by providing required enrollment information within thirty (30) days following the date you lost coverage. Coverage will begin on the first day of the month following the date your coverage under the other plan ended. In order to be eligible, the loss of coverage must be the result of: • legal separation or divorce; • death of the covered policy holder; • termination of employment or reduction in the number of hours of employment; • the covered policy holder becomes entitled to Medicare; • loss of dependent child status under the plan; • employer contributions to such coverage are being terminated; • COBRA benefits are exhausted; or • your employer is undergoing Chapter 11 proceedings. You are also eligible for a Special Enrollment Period if you and/or your eligible dependent lose eligibility for Medicaid or a Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP), or if you and/or your eligible dependent become eligible for premium assistance for Medicaid or a (CHIP). In order to enroll, you must provide required information within sixty (60) days following the change in eligibility. Coverage will begin on the first day of the month following our receipt of your application. In addition, you may be eligible for a Special Enrollment Period if you provide required information within thirty (30) days of one of the following events: • you or your dependent lose minimum essential coverage (unless that loss of coverage is due to non-payment of premium or your voluntary termination of coverage); • you adequately demonstrate to us that another health plan substantially violated a material provision of its contract with you; • you make a permanent move to Rhode Island: or • your enrollment or non-enrollment in a qualified health plan is unintentional, inadvertent, or erroneous and is the result of error, misrepresentation, or inaction by us or an agent of HSRI or the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).

  • Automatic Early Termination provision of Section 6(a) will not apply to Party A and will not apply to Party B.

  • Automatic Payments You can agree with a seller who accepts PayPal to use PayPal as the payment method for future purchases with that seller. This agreement is between you and the seller and allows you to pay the seller on a one-time, regular or sporadic basis. Depending on the seller you wish to pay, you might also be able to directly instruct PayPal to make future payments to the seller on your behalf on a one-time, regular or sporadic basis. Examples of automatic payments that can be arranged by you either with a seller or with PayPal include those that PayPal calls a “billing agreement,” "subscription," "recurring payment,” “reference transaction,” "preauthorised transfer" or "preapproved payment." You authorise and instruct PayPal to pay the third party (or another person they direct) amounts from your payment method for the amounts you agree to owe and as presented to PayPal by that third party. Once you contact PayPal to cancel an automatic payment, all future automatic payments under your agreement with that seller will be stopped. If you cancel an automatic payment, you may still owe the seller money for the purchase or have additional obligations to the seller for any goods or services that you receive but have not paid for. If you have authorised an automatic payment and PayPal performs currency conversion for an automatic payment transaction, PayPal will use the transaction exchange rate (including PayPal's currency conversion fee) in effect at the time the automatic payment transaction is processed.

  • Funds Available and Authorized Contractor will not be compensated for Services performed under this Contract by any agency or department of the State of Oregon other than Agency. Agency believes it has sufficient funds currently available and authorized for expenditure to make payments under this Contract within Agency’s biennial appropriation or limitation. Contractor understands and agrees that Agency’s payments under this Contract are contingent on Agency receiving appropriations, limitations, or other expenditure authority sufficient to allow Agency, in the exercise of its reasonable administrative discretion, to continue to make payments under this Contract.

  • Other Payroll Deductions Upon appropriate written authorization from the employee, the Board shall deduct from the salary of any employee and make appropriate remittance for annuities, credit union, savings bonds, insurance, or any other plans or programs approved by the parties.
