Automatic Investments. Investor acknowledges and asserts that, should Investor enter into an automatic investment plan with the Company whereby reoccurring payments are automatically withdrawn from Investor’s account at regularly scheduled intervals of time towards an investment in additional purchases of Securities, Investor will monitor and will immediately notify the Company at sxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxx.xx in advance if a regularly scheduled payment would cause Investor to exceed applicable “qualified purchaser” limits. The Company may send electronic notifications in advance of each regularly scheduled payment; however, Investor hereby agrees that Investor will not rely on such electronic notifications as a reminder of Investor’s obligation to monitor and notify the Company in advance should a regularly scheduled payment cause Investor of exceed Investor’s applicable “qualified purchaser” limit.

The Company may send electronic notifications in advance of each regularly scheduled payment; however, you hereby agree that you will not rely on such electronic notifications as a reminder of your obligation to monitor and notify the Company in advance should a regularly scheduled payment cause you to exceed your applicable “qualified purchaser” limit.
Automatic Investments. (1) The Bank will directly debit the Amount from the customer’s Yen Deposit for a PowerFlex Account (hereinafter the “Deposit/Clearance Account”) by deeming that the Bank has received an order to initiate the Specified Funds on the monthly Debit Date, and thereafter, for and on behalf of the customer, perform intermediation of an order to the investment trust management company to initiate the Specified Funds, based on the Amount less various expenses, such as fees specified by the Bank and consumption taxes, (this amount is hereinafter referred to as the “Initiation Amount”) and deposit the initiated amount to the investment trust management company. Notwithstanding the provisions of the Customer Agreement on Yen Deposit for a PowerFlex Account, direct debits will be made without checks or withdrawal slips being presented.
