Qualified Purchaser definition

Qualified Purchaser has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 12.06(e).

Qualified Purchaser. The meaning specified in Section 2(a)(51) of the 1940 Act and Rule 2a51-2 or 2a51-3 under the 1940 Act.
