13.1.1 You shall provide to University your cellular telephone number and e-mail address on or before the Effective Date and promptly following the change of either during the term.

Your Promises. In addition to the other provisions of this Agreement, you agree that during the term of this Agreement: (i) you will promptly notify us in writing if you move your principal place of business, if you change the name of your business, if you incorporate or reincorporate (or, if applicable, you otherwise change your jurisdiction of organization), or if there is a change in your ownership; (ii) you will provide to us such financial information as we may reasonably request; and (iii) you will take any action we reasonably request to protect our interests in the Equipment and to carry out this Agreement.
Your Promises. 4.1 You promise us that:
a) You are either the owner or the authorised agent of the owner of the Vehicle and have authority to enter into the Services Agreement;
b) You have fully and accurately described the Vehicle (and its value where required) including appropriate handling instructions;
c) All information you have provided to us is accurate and true and that you will provide us with any further information we reasonably require for the purpose of providing the Services to you;
d) Any accessories (other than permanently factory fitted accessories), including but not limited to aerials, personal items and effects, have been removed from the Vehicle. Such accessories are at your risk at all times and we exclude all liability for any loss or damage caused to them;
e) the Vehicle:
(i) can be safely handled and transported;
(ii) can be moved under its own power;
(iii) has working brakes, windows are intact and there are no loose panels; and
(iv) has a minimum ground clearance of 15 centimetres (unless otherwise agreed in writing);
f) You will comply with any directions, procedures or policies advised or notified by us or our associates to you or your associates with respect to packing, loading or unloading of the Vehicle or entry into, use of or egress from a site.

2.2 You’re allowed to sign up to this contract for the property.
2.3 The property is connected to mains gas or electricity, or both (as applicable).
2.4 You’ll use the supply for domestic purposes only. If you’re not using the supply for domestic purposes, or if you use more than 73,200kWh of gas per year, we can automatically move you onto what we consider is the appropriate non-domestic planand the terms and conditions of that plan will apply instead of this contract.
2.5 You’ll keep your contact details (including email address and mobile phone number) up to date. We’ll use these details to contact you with information about your account, and (if you’ve opted in to receiving it) to send promotional information.
2.6 You must email or phone us to cancel your contract, whether it’s a fixed plan or a variable plan, unless you are switching to a new supplier, in which case see section 15.8.

(b) you are allowed to sign up to this contract for the property;
(c) the property is connected to mains gas or electricity, or both (as applicable);
(d) you will use the supply for domestic purposes only. If you’re not using the supply for domestic purposes, or if you use more than 73,200kWh of gas per year, we can automatically move you onto what we consider is the appropriate non-domestic tariff and the terms and conditions of that tariff will apply instead of this contract; and
(e) you will keep your contact details (including email address and mobile phone number) up to date. We will use these details to contact you with information about your account, and (if you have opted in to receiving it) to send promotional information.
2.2 You agree to receive all communications from us electronically, including bills, price changes and other information about your account, and any other notices we need to send you. We may send this information to you via My OVO or your nominated email address.
Your Promises. 1) You shall not copy Software or Proprietary Data or use Software or Proprietary Data independently of Cash Management Service(s).
2) You shall not decompile or reverse engineer any code contained in the Software.
Your Promises. 4.1 You will provide to us at no charge the Debt information and confirm that the Debt Information is true, complete and accurate in all material respects.
4.2 You undertake and agree that without first obtaining our written consent you will not at any time waive or modify the terms of the contract with the debtor which gave rise to the Referred Debt and /or sell assign, transfer or encumber our interest in any Referred Debt and/or make or maintain any form of communication with the debtor.
4.3 You will immediately notify us of any payment received by you, your agents or bankers in respect of any Referred Debt from or on behalf of the debtor or under any policy of insurance.
4.4 You will pay the Applicable Charges to us without deduction or set off and our entitlement will not be affected by any communication you have with the debtor in breach of Clause 4.2
