Automatic Recurring Payments You may use the xxxx payment function to arrange for the automatic payment of bills that have a fixed frequency and amount. Once your automatic xxxx payment arrangements are established, we will make the payments without further requests by you. If the payment due date for an automatic payment falls on a weekend or holiday, the payment may be made the following business day.
First Year Wage Adjustment Effective July 1, 2017, all salary ranges and rates shall be increased by two percent (2.0%), rounded to the nearest cent. The compensation grids for classes covered by this Agreement are contained in Appendix E-1. Employees shall convert to the new compensation grid as provided in Section 2.
Automatic Updates If you choose to allow automatic app updates, your device will periodically check with Apple for updates and upgrades to the Apple Software and, if an update or upgrade is available, the update or upgrade will automatically download and install onto your device and, if applicable, your peripheral devices. You can turn off the automatic app updates altogether at any time by changing the automatic app updates settings found within Settings.
Automatic transfer to new card account If you are issued with a replacement card with a different card number, you will need to re-establish any recurring payment instructions you have with your respective billing organization(s) to avoid any disruption to your bill payments and/or lapses in your policies (where applicable) and we will not be liable for any loss or damages incurred by you in connection with your failure to do such update. Further, if your recurring payment instruction is with a Specified Organisation named in xxxx://xxxxxxxx.xxx.xx/recurringmerchants, you agree that we may, but are not obliged to, automatically charge your bills to such replacement card.
Automatic Payments You can agree with a seller who accepts PayPal to use PayPal as the payment method for future purchases with that seller. This agreement is between you and the seller and allows you to pay the seller on a one-time, regular or sporadic basis. Depending on the seller you wish to pay, you might also be able to directly instruct PayPal to make future payments to the seller on your behalf on a one-time, regular or sporadic basis. Examples of automatic payments that can be arranged by you either with a seller or with PayPal include those that PayPal calls a “billing agreement,” "subscription," "recurring payment,” “reference transaction,” "preauthorised transfer" or "preapproved payment." You authorise and instruct PayPal to pay the third party (or another person they direct) amounts from your payment method for the amounts you agree to owe and as presented to PayPal by that third party. You may cancel an automatic payment up to 3 business days before the date of the next scheduled payment from your account settings or by contacting us. Once you contact PayPal to cancel an automatic payment, all future automatic payments under your agreement with that seller will be stopped. If you cancel an automatic payment, you may still owe the seller money for the purchase or have additional obligations to the seller for any goods or services that you receive but have not paid for. If you have authorised an automatic payment and PayPal performs currency conversion for an automatic payment transaction, PayPal will use the transaction exchange rate (including PayPal's currency conversion fee) in effect at the time the automatic payment transaction is processed.
Salary Impact of Reallocation An employee whose position is reallocated will have their salary determined as follows:
Contract Expiration / Automatic Renewal At the end of its term, this Agreement will expire, or at Energy Harbor’s option, automatically renew for a term less than or equal to its initial term unless you affirmatively cancel the Agreement. If this is a renewal Agreement and you do not affirmatively cancel as outlined in your notice of renewal, then your Retail Electric Service from Energy Harbor will automatically renew as outlined in your notice of renewal. You will receive written notification(s) from Energy Harbor in the forty-five (45) to ninety (90) days that precede either the expiration date of this Agreement or the effective date of any changes Energy Harbor proposes to its terms of service. In these advance notifications, Energy Harbor will explain your options, which may include renewing the Agreement, the specified rate, proposed changes if any, and what actions you must take to cancel the Agreement. You are responsible for arranging your electric supply upon the expiration of the Agreement. Hearing or speech impaired customers may contact the PUCO via 7-1-1 (Ohio relay service). The Ohio Consumers’ Counsel (OCC) represents residential utility customers in matters before the PUCO. Automatic Renewal Each Schedule will renew automatically at the end of the then-current Schedule Term for a Schedule Renewal Term unless terminated in accordance with this Agreement by either You or Company.
Automatic Renewal Limitation for TIPS Sales No TIPS Sale may incorporate an automatic renewal clause that exceeds month to month terms with which the TIPS Member must comply. All renewal terms incorporated into a TIPS Sale Supplemental Agreement shall only be valid and enforceable when Vendor received written confirmation of acceptance of the renewal term from the TIPS Member for the specific renewal term. The purpose of this clause is to avoid a TIPS Member inadvertently renewing an Agreement during a period in which the governing body of the TIPS Member has not properly appropriated and budgeted the funds to satisfy the Agreement renewal. Any TIPS Sale Supplemental Agreement containing an “Automatic Renewal” clause that conflicts with these terms is rendered void and unenforceable.
Wage Adjustment Notwithstanding any provision in this Agreement on the contrary, the wages of employees shall be reduced by the amount of employee contributions made by the employer pursuant to the provisions hereof.
