To the fullest extent allowed by law including but not limited to California Insurance Code Section 11580.04, the policy or policies must be endorsed to include as an Additional Insured the City of San Diego and its respective elected officials, officers, employees, agents and representatives with respect to liability arising out of automobiles owned, leased, hired or borrowed by or on behalf of the Design Professional.

  • General liability insurance endorsement The following are required:

  • Automobile Liability Insurance Automobile Liability insurance covering bodily injury and property damage in an amount no less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) combined single limit for each occurrence. Covered vehicles shall include owned, non-owned, and hired automobiles/trucks.

  • Business Automobile Liability Insurance Business Automobile Liability Insurance must cover all owned, non-owned and hired vehicles with a minimum combined single limit of $500,000 per occurrence for bodily injury and property damage.   • For the Commercial General Liability Insurance and Business Automobile Liability Insurance required below, the Contractor shall cause to be included in each of its policies ISO form CG 20 10 11 85 (or a form or forms that provide equivalent coverage, such as the combination of CG 20 10 04 13 and CG 20 37 04 13) and form CA 20 48 10 13 (or a form or forms that provide equivalent coverage) naming as additional insureds: The People of the State of New York, the New York State Office of General Services, any entity authorized by law or regulation to use the Contract and their officers, agents, and employees. A blanket Additional Insured Endorsement evidencing such coverage is also acceptable. As clarification, “The People of the State of New York” means the State of New York and its subsidiary governmental entities. This is the name in which the State, as a governmental entity, enters into contracts, takes title to property, and initiates legal actions. Using the term “People” does not mean that the insurer is insuring all residents of New York State; rather, it means that the State government is being insured.

  • Comprehensive Automobile and Truck Liability Insurance covering owned, hired and non-owned vehicles, with a combined bodily injury and property damage limit of $1,000,000.00 per occurrence; or separate limits of $250,000 for bodily injury (per person), $500,000 bodily injury (per accident), and $100,000 for property damage.

  • The Commercial General Liability Insurance, Comprehensive Automobile Liability Insurance and Excess Public Liability Insurance policies shall contain provisions that specify that the policies are primary and shall apply to such extent without consideration for other policies separately carried and shall state that each insured is provided coverage as though a separate policy had been issued to each, except the insurer’s liability shall not be increased beyond the amount for which the insurer would have been liable had only one insured been covered. Each Party shall be responsible for its respective deductibles or retentions.
