Additional Named Insured definition

Additional Named Insured means an endorsement to an insurance policy extending the coverage to the State of New Jersey against loss in accordance with the terms of the policy. Naming the State as an additional named insured permits the Department to pay the premium should the named insured fail to do so. Annex(es) means the attachment(s) to this document containing programmatic and financial information. Contract means one of the Department’s social service or training Contracts with a Provider Agency. Terms and conditions of the Contract are included in the Standard Language Document, Annex(es), appendices, attachments and Contract Modifications (including any approved assignments and subcontracts) and supporting documents. The Contract constitutes the entire binding agreement between the Department and the Provider Agency.

Additional Named Insured means a trust that holds legal title to an insured auto and has been designated by you as an “additional named insured” as shown on the declarations.

Additional Named Insured shall have the meaning specified in Clause 10.1(a) of this Agreement.

Examples of Additional Named Insured in a sentence

• Such insurance must include a Hold Harmless Agreement in favor of the State of Florida and also include the State of Florida as an Additional Named Insured for the entire length of the Contract and any resulting contract or purchase order.

• All insurance coverage, except Workers’ Compensation insurance and Professional Liability insurance, if applicable, shall name, to the fullest extent permitted by law for claims arising out of the performance of this Agreement, the City, its agents, representatives, officers, directors, officials and employees as Additional Named Insured as specified under the respective coverage sections of this Agreement.

Additional Named Insured means any entity specifically identified by endorsement to this Policy.

Additional Named Insured means any other Person, other than Congoleum Corporation, who or that is or asserts to be a named insured, additional insured, additional named insured, or is qualified as an insured under any or all of the policies listed on Exhibit C, and/or who or that otherwise asserts or claims any right, title or interest of or through an insured, a named insured, additional insured or additional named insured under (a) any or all of the policies listed on Exhibit C, including, without limitation, the entity Congoleum-Nairn, Inc. named in policies XBC-1838 and XBC-40971, the entity Congoleum Corporation named in policies XCP3904 and XCP3956, the entity Congoleum Corporation named in policies XBC155083 (incorrectly named Congoleum Incorporated in policy XBC155083) and XCP GO 7908702, the entity Congoleum Industries, Inc. named in policies XBC-43099 and XCP3904, the entity Bath Industries, Inc. named in = policies XBC-43099, XCP3904 and XCP3956, the entities Kinder Manufacturing Company, Inc. and Lewis Carpet Mills, Inc. named in policy XBC-40971, and the entities Xxxx Iron Worxx Xxrp., Kinder Manufacturing Company, Inc., Lewis Carpet Mills, Inc., Pennsylvania Crusher Corporation, Mersman Bxxxxxrs Divisxxx, Webb Furniture Corporation, Coronet Manufaxxxxxxx Co., Inc., Howard Pxxxxr Furniture Co., Howard Parlor Furniture Co. of Texas, Inx., Xxward Frame Co., Edson, Xxxxxxorated, Relax-o-Lounger, Inc., Tri-Staxx Xxxors, Inc., axx/xx J. Isenberg & Son, Inc. named in policies XCP3904 and XCP3956 (to the xxxxxx xxxt any such person asserts such rights under the Subject Policies).

Additional Named Insured shall direct the buyer in any “Permitted Sale” to pay on the closing date of such “Permitted Sale”, an amount that equals the amount necessary to cause the sum of the “Recovery Principal” and the “Recovery Premium” (or such other amount agreed to by the “Insurer” in the case of a “Permitted Sale” that does not generate sufficient proceeds to repay the sum of the “Recovery Principal” and the “Recovery Premium” in full) to be funded directly into the “Insurer’s Account” out of the sale proceeds in accordance with the “Transaction Documents”. The application of the proceeds of any “Permitted Sale” to the reduction of the “Recovery Principal” and the “Recovery Premium” shall be taken into account in each subsequent “Proof of Claim” and “Recovery Reconciliation” as applicable. For all other purposes following a “Permitted Sale”, the “Coverage Certificate” will be deemed amended to exclude the “Covered Policy” that was the subject of such “Permitted Sale”.

Additional Named Insured means those set out as such in the Declarations of the Policy or in a Certificate of Insurance issued evidencing coverage provided by the policy, and/or an Insured as defined under Section 6.10.1

Additional Named Insured. Canada is added as an additional named insured, but only with respect to liability arising out of the implementation of the Contribution Agreements by the Auxiliaries and their Members. The interest of Canada should read as follows: Her Majesty the Queen in right of Canada, as represented by the Minister of Fisheries and Oceans.
