Automobile Liability Minimum Scope and Limits of Insurance Coverage. (Check the applicable provision.) _X_ Automobile Liability Insurance is required providing coverage at least as broad as ISO Form CA 00 01 for bodily injury, including death, of one or more persons, property damage and personal injury, with limits of not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) per occurrence. The policy shall provide coverage for owned, non-owned and/or hired autos as appropriate to the operations of the Contractor. The City, its officials, employees and volunteers shall be covered by policy terms or endorsement as additional insureds as respects auto liability. ___ No automobile liability insurance is required, and by signing this Contract, Contractor certifies as follows: “Contractor certifies that a motor vehicle will not be used in the performance of any work or services under this agreement. If, however, Contractor does transport items under this Contract, or this Contract is amended to require any employees of Contractor to use a vehicle to perform services under the Contract, Contractor understands that it must maintain and provide evidence of Automobile Liability Insurance providing coverage at least as broad as ISO Form CA 00 01 for bodily injury, including death, of one or more persons, property damage and personal injury, with limits of not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) per occurrence. The policy shall provide coverage for owned, non-owned and/or hired autos as appropriate to the operations of the Contractor.”

  • Commercial Umbrella Liability Insurance The Contractor shall provide a Commercial Umbrella Liability Insurance to provide excess coverage above the Commercial General Liability, Commercial Business Automobile Liability and the Workers' Compensation and Employers' Liability to satisfy the minimum limits set forth herein.   • PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY AND CYBER LIABILITY INSURANCE COVERAGE In addition to the insurance required in Attachment C to this Contract, before commencing work on this Contract and throughout the term of this Contract, Contractor agrees to procure and maintain (a) Technology Professional Liability insurance for any and all services performed under this Contract, with minimum third party coverage of $1,000,000.00 per claim, $2,000,000.00 aggregate. To the extent Contractor has access to, processes, handles, collects, transmits, stores or otherwise deals with State Data, Contractor shall maintain first party Breach Notification Coverage of not less than $1,000,000.00. Before commencing work on this Contract the Contractor must provide certificates of insurance to show that the foregoing minimum coverages are in effect. With respect to the first party Breach Notification Coverage, Contractor shall name the State of Vermont and its officers and employees as additional insureds for liability arising out of this Contract.

  • For the Commercial General Liability Insurance and Business Automobile Liability Insurance required below, the Contractor shall cause to be included in each of its policies ISO form CG 20 10 11 85 (or a form or forms that provide equivalent coverage, such as the combination of CG 20 10 04 13 and CG 20 37 04 13) and form CA 20 48 10 13 (or a form or forms that provide equivalent coverage) naming as additional insureds: The People of the State of New York, the New York State Office of General Services, any entity authorized by law or regulation to use the Contract and their officers, agents, and employees. An Additional Insured Endorsement evidencing such coverage shall be provided to OGS after renewal and/or upon request. A blanket Additional Insured Endorsement evidencing such coverage is also acceptable. For Contractors who are self-insured, Contractor shall be obligated to defend and indemnify the above-named additional insureds with respect to Commercial General Liability and Business Automobile Liability, in the same manner that Contractor would have been required to pursuant to this section had Contractor obtained such insurance policies. As clarification, “The People of the State of New York” means the State of New York and its subsidiary governmental entities. This is the name in which the State, as a governmental entity, enters into contracts, takes title to property, and initiates legal actions. Using the term “People” does not mean that the insurer is insuring all residents of New York State; rather, it means that the State government is being insured.

  • Subcontractor Insurance Coverage Contractor shall require and verify that all subcontractors maintain insurance coverage that meets the minimum scope and limits of insurance coverage specified in this Exhibit C. EXHIBIT D
